Q. How do I wash my clothes?

Wash care instructions are provided on an attached label on each garment. You may also find care instructions on the product detail page.

Q. How do I check my size?

Q. How are your fabrics sustainable?

At Arras, we are committed to using high-quality fabrics that benefit you and has a low- impact on the planet. Our clothing is made from non- synthetic fibres that will last you for years before decomposing in a matter of months at the end of its life.

Returns & Exchanges

Q. What is Arras' return policy?

We accept returns of products in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we issue only store credit and not refunds.

Custom sizing is not eligible for return.

Q. Can I exchange for size related issues?

Yes, exchanges are possible in case of size & fit issues.

Q. When can I expect my store credit?

It may take us up to 14 days to receive and process your return or exchange. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the product and when we issue the store credit.

Q. Do you offer gift wrap?

All our clothing and scarves come beautifully wrapped in custom printed tissue paper adorned with motifs from the beautiful region of Northeast India.

If you're sending the products directly to a gift recipient, you have the option to add a gift note at checkout, and inform us whether you want to include pricing information in the package.

Q. What if I want to cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of placing them. Please email us at contact@arras.in or drop us a message at +919718057102.

Q. How can I track my order?

Order tracking information is sent to your email id once your package has been pickup by our delivery partner.
