DOMESTIC INDIAN CUSTOMERS

  1. Shipping within India is free.

  2. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.

  3. We ship from both our Delhi and Guwahati office.

  4. If in stock, we will ship your products within 2 business days of receiving your payment. For made to order products, we ship withing 7 business day of receiving your payment.

  5. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.

  6. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email or a text message.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  1. We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, and Delhivery . 

  2. For international shipping a shipping charge is automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.

  3. If in stock, we will ship your products within 2 business days of receiving your payment. For made to order products, we ship withing 7 business day of receiving your payment.

  4. International orders are usually delivered within 7-10 days, however there may be delays due to unavoidable circumstances.

  5. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.

  6. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

  7. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

  8. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

 

Arras tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. We shall keep you updated about the status of your order in such a case.
